Both deceased were identified as 55-year-old Fazal Rehman and 25-year-old Ameer Abbas

Three suspects, including a father and son, were killed in two separate alleged encounters with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Lahore on Tuesday.
According to police, the first incident took place in the Kahna area where the father and son were killed during a raid by CCD personnel. The suspects reportedly resisted arrest, leading to an exchange of gunfire. Police claim both men were fatally shot by their own accomplices during the crossfire. Two other suspects managed to flee the scene.
The deceased were identified as 55-year-old Fazal Rehman and 25-year-old Ameer Abbas.
In a separate incident in the Shahdara area, an under-custody suspect named Tahir was killed during an identification raid. Police allege that he too was shot by his own associates who opened fire during the operation.
Police sources said the deceased suspects were wanted in several serious criminal cases. The CCD has formed special teams to arrest the remaining fugitives.
Authorities maintain that both incidents were lawful operations and that all suspects killed were targeted by gunfire from their own group members during the police action.
